FAQs
Can we do a facing pod that is an uneven number, so one desk will not have a desk facing it?
Yes, one side of the beam can be left open.
What is the maximum number of workstations I can have using one infeed?
A maximum of four harnesses can be connected to 1x infeed. For a facing pod configuration, this supports a pod of eight; for a side-by-side configuration, a pod of four. Each infeed supports up to 24 duplex outlets.
What are the wire management options?
Wire management options include the MGCC (Flexible Cable Chain), BBCT30 or BBCT50 (Boost Bridge Cable Trays) for workstations with a power beam, and the BMW36 for standalone stations.
Do I have to have a power beam for the height adjustability to work?
No. The desk can be plugged into a standard outlet to operate the height-adjustable feature.
Can I add Edge height-adjustable leg covers and panels to my existing Boost standalone workstation frame?
No. The Edge height-adjustable workstation uses a Boost Pro frame, which is different from the standard Boost frame.
Are there reset instructions/troubleshooting guides for Boost Frames?
Yes and they can be found under the Resources on this page
